Transfer your phone number from your previous iPhone to your new iPhone without a QR code:

1. On your new iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular

2. Tap "Set Up Cellular" or "Add eSIM"

3. Choose "Transfer From Nearby iPhone" or select a phone number

4. Follow the instructions on your previous iPhone to confirm the transfer

Note: After the transfer, your phone number will stop working on your previous iPhone.

Upgrade from a physical SIM to eSIM with these simple steps:

1. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular

2. Tap "Set Up Cellular" or "Add eSIM"

3. Select "Transfer From Nearby iPhone" or choose a phone number

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer

Note: Your phone number will be deactivated on the physical SIM after the transfer.

eSIM smartphone

For your security and protection, we temporarily block SMS services for 12 hours after any eSIM activation or change. This security measure helps prevent unauthorized access and protects your personal information during the eSIM setup period.

SMS services are automatically blocked for exactly 12 hours after your eSIM activation. After this period, your SMS service will be automatically restored without any action required from you.

Yes, the temporary block only affects SMS messages. You can still make and receive voice calls, and your data services will continue to work normally.

If you urgently need SMS access before the 12-hour period ends, you can contact our Customer Care team who can verify your identity and unblock your SMS services early.

Yes, You'll also receive a notification when the service is automatically restored after 12 hours.
