How to activate

  • Customers can opt-in and activate the Add-on for the first time via My Ooredoo App only.
  • Customer needs to reactivate 5GB Add-on offer every day by sending an SMS “151” to 121.
  • Customer can activate the free 5GB Add-on only once during the day with validity till midnight. The data benefits will not be extended, accumulated or rolled over.
  • Voice customers: Enrollment of offer is though app for the first time only and activation of free add-on on day 1 is also by sending an SMS “151” to 121. Further, daily opt-in needs to be done from day 2 onwards i.e. customer needs to reactivate 5GB add-on offer every day by sending an SMS “151” to 121.
  • WBB customers: Enrollment and activation of Add-on through app. Further, daily opt-in through app only.

    What is the validity of the offer?

  • 22nd March 2020 (00:00 hrs.) till 20th April 2020 (23:59 hrs.)

    Who can avail this offer?

  • This add-on is available for both prepaid (Voice/WBB), ANA and postpaid customers (Voice/WBB)

    How does one activate this offer?

  • Customers can opt-in/ activate the add-on for first time through Ooredoo app only.

    Any other terms & conditions?

  • The 5GB add-on is valid till midnight i.e. customer can activate the add-on only once during the day with a validity till Midnight only.
  • Free 5GB Daily Internet will not be extended, accumulated or rolled over.
  • Only customers in active state can avail this offer. Prepaid customer in grace period need to recharge or postpaid customers in suspension to pay their bills in order to avail this add-on.
  • Voice customers : Enrollment of offer is through My Ooredoo App for the first time only and activation of the free add-on on day 1 is also by sending an SMS "151" TO 121. Further, daily opt-in needs to be done from Day 2 on wards i.e. customer needs to reactivate 5GB add-on offer every day by sending an SMS “151” to 121
  • WBB customers: Daily opt-in through app only.

    Note: For Prepaid & Postpaid voice customers, Post-midnight:

  • If there is any active bundle, data consumption will start from that data bundle usage.
  • If there is no active bundle, data consumption will be on Pay Go rate
